1. How the website currently works
The website does not set its own cookies and does not load external analytics, advertising or newsletter tools by default. Fonts and interface elements are served as website resources.
The form does not require advertising cookies or a login. Abuse protection runs on the server and does not rely on installing an external tracking tool in the browser.
2. Browser storage
Your browser may store website resources in its normal cache so they do not have to be downloaded again on every visit. The cache is neither a marketing list nor an advertising profile.
We store your consent choice in localStorage under rise:cookie-consent. The record contains categories, the information version, your choice date and its expiry. It contains no name, email address or advertising identifier. This storage is necessary to respect your decision and does not require analytics or marketing consent.
We remember your decision, including rejection, for 180 days on this device and browser. After expiry, deletion of site data or an information-version change, we ask you to choose again. If storage is blocked, your choice applies during the current visit and the site explains that it cannot be saved.
Session storage rise:page-transition is used once to preserve a page transition and then removed. It is not used to track users. The standard browser cache stores local fonts, images and other site assets.
We remember dismissal of the consultation popup under rise:consultation-popup for 7 days. After any form is successfully submitted, we suppress the popup for 180 days. This record contains only the suppression reason and expiry, without contact details or an advertising identifier. It respects your choice and prevents repeated offers; it is not used for analytics or profiling. If storage is blocked, your choice applies during the current visit.
3. Categories and consent
Essential: remembering your choice and basic interface functions. Analytics: optional measurement of site usage. Marketing: optional advertising measurement and tailored communication. Optional categories are off by default. Scrolling, continued browsing or closing settings does not constitute consent.
No external analytics or marketing providers are currently connected, and we set no cookies in those categories. Enabling a category does not itself install a tool. Analytics events operate only after consent and exclude information entered in the form.
Adding a provider or changing purposes requires an updated policy, information about recipients, retention and any data transfers, and a new choice before the tool starts. Optional device storage or access and related processing rely on your prior consent; for personal data, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR applies.
4. Control and contact
The banner offers Accept all, Reject optional and Customize. In settings, you can choose analytics and marketing separately, then save your choices. Essential storage remains active.
At any time, select Cookie settings in the footer and save new choices or reject optional categories. Withdrawal is as easy as granting consent; it blocks further events and stops connected integrations in that category. It does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. Rejection does not restrict content or the form.
The site presents the RiseAgency brand. Details of the data controller and your rights are provided in the privacy policy. For questions about site technology, email centrumofert@gmail.com.
