How we work
You know what happens at every stage.
First, we establish whether we can help you in a meaningful way. Then we agree on the terms, organise the work and review the results. We do not jump from the first message straight to handing over account access.
See if we are a good fit01 / Application and starting point
You complete a short form: your name or pseudonym, email, stage of activity and biggest challenge. You confirm that you are an adult. A profile link and additional message are optional. At this stage, we do not need platform access or documents.
Your application helps us tailor the conversation to your situation. Someone preparing to start needs different arrangements from a creator who publishes regularly and has a retention problem.
02 / A conversation about goals and boundaries
We discuss what is working, what is overloading you and what you expect from a team. We ask about your available time, preferred image and the range of content you want to create. We do not assume that working more intensely is always the right answer.
The aim is a shared understanding of the problem and a decision on whether to move on to a collaboration proposal. You can decline or return to the conversation later.
03 / Scope, payments and access
Before work begins, we agree on responsibilities, remuneration, content approval and exit arrangements. We also establish who needs access to which resources and how that access will be revoked.
Do not treat verbal assurances as a substitute for an agreement. Details of commission, costs, content rights, deadlines and responsibilities should be recorded in terms you understand.
04 / A plan for the first steps
We organise the content and choose a priority. This might be a clearer profile offer, a publishing system, promotion or communication with subscribers. We establish what you prepare, what the team delivers and what requires your approval.
Instead of changing everything at once, we select actions that address the identified problem. If a profile has traffic but few new subscriptions, we first examine the journey from promotion to the offer.
05 / Delivery, review and adjustment
At an agreed cadence, we compare actions with their effects. We look at data relevant to the task: interest in the profile, visits, subscriptions, purchases or returning audiences. We assess results alongside the time invested and the impact on your work.
We decide what to continue, what to improve and what to stop. If your availability or boundaries change, we adjust the plan by agreement. When the collaboration ends, we organise the handover of content, final payments and revocation of access in line with the agreement.
How long does onboarding take?
We agree on a timeframe after reviewing the account and scope of work. Content availability, agreement on terms and platform requirements all affect it. We do not make one promise for every application.
