Three useful numbers, three different questions
The strongest local reference measures audience rather than money. Using Gemius data, Poland’s broadcasting council KRRiT reports 634,621 real users of OnlyFans as the average of monthly observations in 2025. That means approximately 635,000 people in an average measured month. It does not mean paying subscribers or everyone who visited during the year.
Spending needs a different label. OnlyGuider allocates $55.55 million to Poland in FY2025 and forecasts $66.09 million in FY2026. These are geographic model outputs, not a record of Polish customer transactions. The operator’s accounts establish the global scale: approximately $7.8 billion in processed payments in FY2025. Each figure answers a separate question.
For a creator, a fourth question matters: how much relevant attention can your own profile turn into sustained sales? Even a well-measured large market does not determine your customer count. Industry data gives a useful setting for decisions, while your budget should come from your own audience, offer and operating costs.

The latest OnlyFans accounts cover FY2025
As of our verification date, the Companies House filing history includes Fenix International’s group accounts for the year ended 30 November 2025, filed on 20 September 2026. This matters when reading pages that still call FY2024 figures the “latest 2026 statistics”. A year in a headline does not change the underlying measurement period.
The accounts distinguish processed fan payments from the operator’s revenue and payments to creators. Processed payments are net of applicable sales taxes, refunds and contract liabilities. They therefore do not automatically equal the total charged to customer cards. Payments to creators also do not represent their profit after their own expenses.
The table preserves the source’s level of precision. Turning a rounded $7.8 billion total into apparently exact creator earnings would invent accuracy the report does not provide. Year-to-year comparisons also need consistent definitions and financial year ends, rather than combining a global financial year with a Polish calendar year.
| Global measure | FY2025 / at 30 November 2025 | What it measures |
|---|---|---|
| Payments processed on the platform | Approximately $7.8bn | Fan payments under the reporting definition |
| Fenix group revenue | $1,553,309,000 | Operator revenue, not creator turnover |
| Payments to creators | Approximately $6.2bn | Aggregate payments before creator expenses |
| Creator accounts | 5,063,000 | Accounts not deleted or deactivated |
| Fan accounts | 437,133,000 | Accounts, not unique active paying people |
How much does Poland spend annually and monthly?
We did not find an official public country-level transaction total for Poland. The most defensible answer therefore combines an external model with a clear explanation of what it does not measure. Estimated spending by people assigned to Poland is not the revenue of Polish creators: Polish fans can buy from overseas, while creators living in Poland can serve customers worldwide.
Dividing the FY2025 annual estimate by 12 gives approximately $4.63 million per month. The equivalent for the FY2026 forecast is approximately $5.51 million. These are arithmetic monthly equivalents of annual model outputs. There is no basis for claiming those amounts were spent in every month, the latest month or October 2026 specifically.
We also do not divide these amounts by the Gemius audience to claim an average customer basket. The audience measurement and spending model use different periods, populations and assumptions. A visitor may never pay, and a returning buyer may use an existing session without searching for the brand. An attractive-looking ratio would not make that a valid purchasing measure.
| Period | Annual amount allocated to Poland | Annual amount / 12 | Evidence status |
|---|---|---|---|
| FY2025 | $55.55m | Approximately $4.63m | OnlyGuider estimate |
| FY2026 | $66.09m | Approximately $5.51m | OnlyGuider forecast |
Why country estimates can differ so much
OnlyGuider describes a model that allocates global totals across Fenix’s financial regions, then uses Google Ads API demand to distribute spending geographically. Its forecast uses TimesFM 3.0. Search is a proxy in this process. Reconciling a model’s totals with company accounts does not validate its allocation between Poland and other countries.
The country result depends on assumptions about the relationship between searching and paying. Language, returning directly to an account, purchases from familiar creators and people merely curious about the service can all affect that relationship. Without an independent transaction sample, we cannot establish Poland’s error margin. Reporting two decimal places does not remove that uncertainty.
Published figures illustrate the problem. OnlyFinder’s edition dated 28 September 2026 assigns Poland $111.82 million under a “2026” label and $80.93 million for the previous year. This is a different series from OnlyGuider. We neither average them nor call the spread a statistical confidence interval. Their timing, reference totals and models need to be reconciled before a comparison would be meaningful.
We use OnlyGuider solely as an explicitly labelled example of an estimate and projection. It is not an official measurement. The publisher has itself marked an older edition as superseded. When using similar reports, record the address, access date, edition and whether the number describes a completed period or forecasts a future result.
How many people use OnlyFans in Poland?
The approximately 635,000 real-user figure is a useful answer about audience. KRRiT explains that monthly 2025 observations were aggregated into an annual average. The same table puts Instagram at approximately 16.3 million. This illustrates the scale difference between a broad social channel and a service reached by a smaller audience. It is not a ready-made conversion funnel between the two platforms.
The study does not establish the number of registered Polish accounts, active buyers, paid subscriptions or Polish creators. These are different populations. One person can buy several subscriptions, and one subscription can renew repeatedly. None of those totals can safely be reconstructed from visitors alone.
Nor should the average monthly audience be multiplied by 12 to produce annual unique people. The same visitor can return in successive months. A marketing decision also needs evidence about the share of your own audience interested in your offer, its acquisition sources and its behaviour after a first purchase. National figures cannot supply those profile-level observations.
- Available reference: average monthly audience during 2025.
- Not publicly confirmed in the reviewed sources: Polish paying customer and creator counts.
- Not derivable from these figures: average Polish payer spending or the share of visitors who pay.
Poland compared with other markets
Comparisons require the same edition and definition. The following amounts are OnlyGuider’s FY2026 forecasts, not a ranking of completed 2026 sales. Poland is sixth in the model’s European table by total spending. That does not rank Polish creators sixth by earnings.
Market size and spending intensity answer different questions. A larger population can produce a larger total while spending less per person. For a creator living in Poland, access to a suitable audience may matter more than the country’s rank. Your publishing language, subject matter and communication hours shape whom you can realistically serve.
An overseas market should therefore be tested through an actual offer. Measure traffic, purchases and renewals for the language you use, alongside production and communication time. The size of the US market alone does not prove that an account without suitable messaging will convert better there. A smaller, relevant segment can be more useful than a large, loosely connected audience.
| Market | FY2026 forecast, USD millions | Status of every figure |
|---|---|---|
| United States | 5,256 | OnlyGuider model |
| United Kingdom | 420.2 | OnlyGuider model |
| Germany | 185.3 | OnlyGuider model |
| Poland | 66.09 | OnlyGuider model |
| Czechia | 30.20 | OnlyGuider model |
What do Polish creators earn? The missing distribution
We did not find a representative public median for Polish OnlyFans creator earnings. We therefore do not publish a single “typical salary”. An online record, selected dashboard screenshot or celebrity result can be authentic and still be unhelpful for estimating a beginner’s income. The period, expenses and sample-selection method matter too.
Dividing global creator payments by all creator accounts does not close that gap. It produces an aggregate amount per account using a particular denominator, not a median, hourly income or the result of an active Polish creator. Accounts with no sales and those operating for only part of the year can affect it. Without an earnings distribution, it cannot identify the middle creator’s result.
For your own account, separate subscription sales, paid content and tips. Then account for the platform share, production, tools, any external support and the other obligations applicable to your circumstances. Sales, payout and money remaining for you are successive stages. A result presented without those distinctions is hard to compare with another profile.
Before judging a partnership by its promised revenue, request a cost scenario and a defined scope of work. Higher sales with substantially more working hours may not improve the economics. A useful target should also address repeatability, a sustainable workload and the content boundaries you actually agree to.
Example: $10,000 in sales is not $10,000 in income
This example explains the calculation using hypothetical numbers. We assume $10,000 of sales subject to an 80/20 split. It is not a forecast, median or claim about a new account’s potential. An actual reconciliation also needs the amount’s scope, refunds, payment timing and the expenses you really incur.
Assume another $1,000 for production and tools. That leaves $7,000 before other expenses and tax. If an agency is involved, the basis for its fee must come from the actual contract. The same percentage charged on sales and on the amount after the platform share produces different outcomes. We do not invent a “standard” agency commission here.
Build your own plan with lower-sales, base and higher-sales scenarios. Include working time as well as expected turnover in each. This shows whether the activity can withstand a weaker month and where growth would genuinely require additional help.
| Example stage | Hypothetical amount | Interpretation |
|---|---|---|
| Sales forming the basis of the split | $10,000 | An assumption |
| Platform share: 20% | $2,000 | $10,000 × 20% |
| Remaining 80% | $8,000 | Before the creator’s own expenses |
| Production and tools | $1,000 | An illustrative assumption |
| Remaining after those costs | $7,000 | Before other expenses and tax |
Popularity and growth: which measure is increasing?
The global accounts show account growth, which is different from growth in active Polish buyers. Between FY2024 and FY2025, creator accounts increased from 4.634 million to 5.063 million and fan accounts from 377.456 million to 437.133 million. The company labels the increases 9% and 16% respectively. These compare global account totals at financial year end.
The model’s projected 19% increase in Polish spending in FY2026 is a separate signal. It cannot be rewritten as Polish creators already earning 19% more. Nor do we have a comparable Polish audience series here establishing the growth rate of paying customers. Search interest, visits, purchases and income are different measures.
Scenario conditions are more useful for planning than a single promise about the future. A growth scenario requires more purchases or higher purchase value alongside an offer that retains customers. A cautious scenario allows for weaker acquisition, more competition for attention and the work involved in maintaining consistency. These are our planning scenarios, not additional market-size forecasts.
When the next accounts are published, compare the projection with the result and revise assumptions. Until then, avoid funding fixed commitments with expected industry growth. A budget based on your own returning customers and expenses has a firmer basis than assuming that a growing platform will automatically produce sales.
Where can a creator based in Poland find an opportunity?
A practical opportunity means more than joining a large platform. It means matching an offer to a specific adult audience while consistently delivering quality you can sustain. Start with a clear subscription scope, a recognisable style and alignment between your public profile and paid experience. These are things you can investigate through your own results.
Next, compare audience segments. Test Polish and international communication separately if you have the language and operational capacity. Record acquisition sources, new purchases and renewals over comparable periods. Also track complaints, message workload and production time. A segment generating more sales may require disproportionately more work.
- For budgeting: your own sales and costs, kept separate from industry models.
- For marketing: acquisition sources, new purchases and renewals alongside views.
- For development: one measurable objective, a defined scope and a review date.
When should you scale up?
Before increasing spending, define which observation would justify the next step. That might mean maintaining renewals with a larger customer group or improving sales from a specific channel across several comparable periods. If the result is unclear, improve measurement and the offer. Team support becomes useful when it addresses a defined problem and comes with clear evaluation criteria.
